Each of the lessons in Module 2 are based on relationships, in particular, teenagers’ relationships with themselves and others.

In these lessons, students will learn valuable life skills that will help them navigate the complexities of life and their relationships with others more successfully and effectively.

In the lesson on TAKING CARE OF YOURSELF, teens learn about the importance of exercise, sleep, drinking water and personal hygiene. Each section in this lesson explains why TAKING CARE OF YOURSELF, in each of these aspects, is important and provides students with practical strategies to help them take care of themselves, in terms of getting enough exercise and sleep whilst making sure they drink enough water and practice personal hygiene effectively.

Being able to TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF is an important part of life and one that supports our teens to live a BIG LIFE!
