Each of the lessons in Module 2 are based on relationships, in particular, teenagers’ relationships with themselves and others.

In these lessons, students will learn valuable life skills that will help them navigate the complexities of life and their relationships with others more successfully and effectively.

SELF-CARE is important for teens as it helps them to maintain good physical, emotional, and mental health. Adolescence can be a challenging time with many changes, including academic pressures, social expectations, and hormonal changes. Engaging in SELF-CARE activities such as exercise, healthy eating, mindfulness, and sleep hygiene can help teens to manage stress, build resilience, and develop a positive self-image. By prioritizing SELF-CARE, teens can develop healthy habits and use these habits to live a BIG LIFE!
