Each of the lessons in Module 2 are based on relationships, in particular, teenagers’ relationships with themselves and others.
In these lessons, students will learn valuable life skills that will help them navigate the complexities of life and their relationships with others more successfully and effectively.
The lesson on EATING WELL is not only about informing students on how to make healthy, nutritious food choices to support their growth and development, but it is also about their relationship with themselves. EATING WELL is one way that we can teach our teens to take care of and look after themselves which helps them build a healthy relationship with themselves.
Valuing themselves enough to fuel their body by eating a healthy and balanced diet sets our teens up for success and helps them to live a BIG LIFE!
